• David Errington Jr., 38, of Auburn Road, Peru, operating under the influence and violation of conditions of release, at 2:18 a.m., Sept. 1, on Main Street. He was transported to Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Nov. 7.

• Vehicles driven by Ryan J. Woods, 18, of Gammon Road, Peru, and Hope E. Watts, 42, of Cedar Lane, Rumford, collided at 2:08 p.m. Sept. 4 on Main Street. Woods’ 2002 Honda sustained $3,000 damage; Watts’ 2000 Jeep sustained $2,000 damage.

• Vehicles driven by Deborah J. Spaulding, 43, of Duntile Street, Mexico, and Michael W. Woodbury, 58, of Fay Court, Dexter, collided at 1:15 p.m. Sept. 1 on Main Street. Spaulding’s 2001 Datsun/Nissan sedan sustained $6,000 damage; Woodbury’s 2006 four-door Toyota sustained $2,000 damage.
