DURHAM – Greg and Kathryn Morse of Durham are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Ellen Morse of Durham, to Vance Garwood of Norfolk, Neb., son of Dennis and Sandra Garwood of Atkinson, Neb.
Miss Morse is a 2005 graduate of Pensacola Christian College with an associate degree in medical office systems. For the past year she has been a nanny in the Philadelphia, Pa., area.
Mr. Garwood is a 2005 graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a bachelor’s degree in business. He is employed at Waddell and Reed as a financial advisor.
An Oct. 7 wedding will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Open Door Bible Church in Lisbon.
