LEWISTON – Richard and Cindy Cannady of Lewiston are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Stacey Cannady, to Ryan Lagasse, son of Nicole Lagasse and Daniel Gauthier of Lewiston.

Miss Cannady is a 2004 graduate of Lewiston High School and is currently a student at St. Joseph’s College of Maine, majoring in nursing. She plans to graduate in 2008. She is currently working as a nanny while attending school.

Mr. Lagasse is a 2001 graduate of Lewiston High School and is attending St. Joseph’s College of Maine, majoring in sports business management. He plans to graduate in 2008. He is currently working at Maine Pet Products while in school.

An outdoor ceremony and evening wedding is planned for June 28, 2008 in Brunswick.
