I have been listening to Chandler Woodcock’s ads on TV, and I’m impressed. He looks and sounds so sincere, that he is going to give citizens of Maine a better health insurance program. That would be a great relief to me.
My wife’s medication is costing me somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 to $150 a month, where it used to cost me $300 to $500 a month. If he is positive that he can cut my expenses again, he can have my vote.
The only concern I have is that he is not telling voters how he will pull it off.
I, and my neighbors, want to know the rest of the story.
I can remember when former Gov. John McKernan told people what great shape the state was in and, then, two weeks after the election, we found out that the state was in deep, deep red.
I am under the impression that Woodcock would scrap Dirigo Health. He should tell voters the details of the health program he would propose if he were elected governor.
