BOOTHBAY – Chelsea Bilodeau and Marjorie DeBrosky both registered hat tricks Wednesday to lead Livermore Falls to a 8-3 victory over Boothbay.

Becca Leclair and Whitney McDaniel also tallied for the Andies (6-0). Sam Whiting made 10 saves to notch the win.

The Seahawks (1-5) received goals from three different players. The Andies held a 3-1 advantage at the half before putting the game out of reach with a five-goal second frame.

Hall-Dale 1, Dirigo 0

DIXFIELD – Danica Massey converted a pass from Katie Frett 30 minutes into the first half to lift Hall-Dale to a 1-0 victory over Dirigo in MVC field hockey action Wednesday.

Krstyn Hipkins made five saves in net to preserve the shutout. Dani Tompkins handled netkeeping duties for the Cougars (2-5), turning aside eight shots. Dirigo had an 11-3 advantage in corners, but failed to capitalize.

Jay 4, Georges Valley 0

JAY – Katie Hall registered a hat trick to lead Jay to a 4-0 victory over Georges Valley in an MVC field hockey matchup Wednesday.

Brianna Beisaw also tallied for the Tigers (4-2-1) to complete the scoring. Brenda Allen made two saves to preserve the shutout.

Samantha Buchanan handled netkeeping duties for the Buccaneers (0-7), turning aside 13 shots.

Winthrop 3, Mtn. Valley 3

RUMFORD – Lauren Lepage netted a pair of goals to help Mountain Valley play to a 3-3 tie against Winthrop.

Winthrop held a 2-1 advantage at the half, but the Falcons rallied back in the second frame.

Shawnee Akers also tallied for the Falcons (2-3-2). Kim Clark made 25 saves in net for Mountain Valley.

The Ramblers (5-1-1) received goals from Brianna Tupper, Meghan McCarthy and Brittany Gaudette. Sarah Giampertro turned aside 17 shots in net.

Soccer
Camden Hills 2, Oak Hill 1

WALES – Abey Higgins picked up a feed from Erika Johnson and headed the ball into the net to score the game-winning goal with less than seven minutes left to give Camden Hills a 2-1 victory over Oak Hill in a KVAC soccer match-up.

Johnson scored the first goal to give Camden Hills a 1-0 lead going into the second half. Stacy Light tied the game for Oak Hill with 35 minutes left, before Higgins scored the eventual game-winner.

Laura Gertner stopped 10 shots for the Windjammers, as did the Raiders’ Cortney Seguin.

Maranacook 5, Medomak Valley 1

READFIELD – Alyssa Neptune scored her second hat-trick in two games as Maranacook recorded a 5-1 triumph over Medomak Valley in girls’ soccer action Wednesday.

Emily Perkins and Allison Meyer each added a goal for the Black Bears (6-1), who had a strong team effort in the first half when they scored four goals.

The lone Medomak Valley (3-3-1) goal was netted by Stephanie Lee off a pass by Rebecca Dondlinger.

Proctor 1, Hebron 0

PROCTOR, N.H. – Sarah Whipple scored the lone goal of the game 10 minutes into the second half to lift Proctor to a 1-0 win over Hebron.

Steph Roy made 10 saves for Hebron.
