As a Vietnam veteran, I have been to war and seen men and women defend our country. I have seen them cry and laugh. That’s what life is all about.

But when you have a problem, or can’t find the right person to help, you turn to the person who will help you. A lot of people have turned to Janet Mills in the past; I am one of them. She doesn’t care if you are black or white, Democrat or Republican. Others can try to put her down, and say things about her that don’t come close to the truth. She has helped me and all the veterans of Maine. She has gone out of her way to see that veterans and others get what they need. As a veteran and a friend, I will stand behind her now.
