LEWISTON – Tyler Cole Coombs was born on Sept. 19, at 8:42 a.m. at Central Maine Medical Center. The proud parents are Stacy Coombs and Jason Spencer. Tyler died at 3:32 p.m. that same day.

Although he only lived a few hours, the gift of time that was given was spent well with his family and will always be cherished. Filled with love by all who cared for him, Tyler is now at peace. He will never be forgotten and never replaced. May our Angel have his wings.

Tyler is survived by his two parents; and three siblings, sisters, Kaylea and Alexia; and big brother, Alex.
