LEWISTON – Services for Tyler Cole Coombs were held Friday at the Chapel at Central Maine Medical Center under the direction of The Fortin Group Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Chaplain Kathleen O’Wril officiating. Committal was held at St. Peter’s Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Lariviere officiating. Pallbearer was Tyler’s dad, Jason Spencer.
