NORTHPORT – The wedding of Angela Ro-Ann McDevitt and Ernest (Chip) L. Manchester III was held at 1 p.m. on Sept. 2 at the Inn at Mount ‘n Sea in Northport. Attorney Ricki T. Doyle of Bucksport, stepbrother of the bride, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Manchester is the daughter of Barbara A. and Russell T. Doyle of Port Charlotte, Fla., and John R. Trundy of Zephyrhills, Fla. Mr. Manchester is the son of Carolyn H. Coady of South Paris and the late Ernest L. Manchester Jr.
The bride was given in marriage by her stepfather, Russell T. Doyle. Members of the bridal party were sisters of the bride, Carolyn Canning of Northport and Jeannie Dehler of Billings, Mont., and sister of the bridegroom, Katherine Manchester-Cilley of Greene.
Groomsmen included brothers of the bridegroom, Charles and John Manchester of South Paris, and brother of the bride, Maurice Trundy of Northport.
Sons of the bride, Jeremy and Tyler McDevitt, seated guests.
A reception followed at the Inn at Mount ‘n’ Sea in Northport. A trip to Florida is planned at a later date.
The bride is a 1986 graduate of Belfast Area High School.
The bridegroom is a 1989 graduate of Edward Little High School in Auburn, and is employed in quality assurance at Poland Spring Bottling Co.
