Here we ago again.
The poor victims allegedly massacred by Christian Nielsen haven’t even been buried yet and the state, media and so-called mental health professionals are already trying to stir up sympathy for Nielsen. I refer to articles recently published in the Sun Journal:
“His mother hooked up with criminals…” “Didn’t hug him enough…” “Dad divorced a couple of times…” “Poor guy never had a chance, it wasn’t his fault.”
That’s just wrong. The only victims here are the dead, their families and the community. The sympathy should be for them, not Nielsen or his family.
I’m surprised Nielsen isn’t in a mental hospital yet, because that’s where he’ll go if the state, media and defense attorneys have their way, and he’ll be back on the streets in a couple of years. They’ll probably even let him go fishing too. Sound familiar?
In my opinion, this is just another case that screams for the death penalty if the accused is found guilty. It’s the only punishment that fits this crime, gives justice to the victims and protects the public.
