Oxford – Elric M. Davis, 74, of Oxford died Sunday, Sept. 24, at his home.

He was born in Oxford on March 27, 1932, the son of Carrol and Gladys Gagne Davis. He attended schools in Oxford. He married Patricia Sullivan in 1958. She predeceased him on July 23, 2005.

He is survived by three sons, John Allen and his wife, Judith, of South Paris, William Davis and Ricky Davis and his wife, Myra, all of South Paris; three daughters, Diane LaBrecque and her husband, Dan, of Lakeville, Mass., Linda Young and her husband, Dana, of South Paris and Cindy Parker and her husband, Gard, of Georgia; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
