LEWISTON – Donald R. Pepin, 66, of Bates Street, died on Saturday, Sept. 23, at Montello Manor, with family by his side.
He was born Aug. 25, 1940, the son of Robert and Arlene (Brissette) Pepin. He attended Livermore Falls and Auburn schools.
He enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox, playing softball with his children while they were growing up, collecting American Indian memorabilia and playing dice.
He is survived by his six children, Gene and his wife, Robin, of Auburn, Pete of Auburn, Ken and his girlfriend, Misty, of Lewiston, Billy of Auburn, Tony and his wife, Lisa, of Auburn and Kylie and her long-time companion, Rob, of Lewiston; four brothers, Jerry and his wife, Jeannette, of Auburn, Albert of Oregon, Emile of Auburn and Paul of Auburn; four sisters, Yvette of Lewiston, Georgette of Georgia, Cecile of Lewiston and Terry of Lewiston; as well as 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and close friends, especially Robin Montminy, Melissy Gagne and Jamie (pork chop) Bennette.
He was predeceased by his parents; three brothers; and a nephew.
