SABATTUS – Funeral services were held Sunday, for Kathleen Jillson at the Community Free Baptist Church in Sabattus. The Rev. Randall Kelloway and the Rev. Phillip Carroll officiated at the service. Music selections sung were “Amazing Grace,” “In the Garden,” “New Name in Glory” and “Roll Called up Yonder.” Pianist was Shirley Brownell. Katherine Jillson, a granddaughter, sang “Amazing Grace.” The Rev. Kelloway gave the eulogy. Melissa Fortin shared special memories of her grandmother and Suzanne Ross shared a poem. Pallbearers were Scott, David, Michael, Joshua, Nathan and Ezra Jillson, Michael Fortin and Aubert Shepherd. Interment was at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Sabattus.
