Wayne Gallant of Rumford, currently chief of police in Wilton, is seeking the office of sheriff of Oxford County. He will bring tremendous experience in law enforcement and administrative credentials to that position. He is articulate and has a solid plan for improving the operation of the department and services to all parts of the county.

Mary Ann Prue of Rumford has served Oxford County well for the past 10 years as county treasurer and is seeking another term in that office. The treasurer manages the county’s $4.9 million budget and oversees its investments. Prue has earned our trust with her 10 years of service, which was built on more than 20 years as town clerk and treasurer in Rumford.

On Election Day, I will be voting for Wayne Gallant and Mary Ann Prue.
