SOUTH CHINA – Ben Hartnett scored the game-winning goal in the second half to lift Edward Little to a 1-0 triumph over Erskine.

The Red Eddies (6-3-1) were evenly matched with the Eagles (6-4), but midway through the second half, Marc St. Hilaire found Hartnett, who had broken in behind the defense. Hartnett rifled a shot into the lower right corner of the goal cage for the game-winner.

Edward Little goaltender Josh Mains made three saves, while Kyle Macklin turned away three for Erskine.

Hampden 3, Mt. Blue 2

HAMPDEN – John D’Haite’s two second half goals led Hampden to a 3-2 come-from-behind victory over Mt. Blue.

The Cougars (5-3-2) jumped out to a 1-0 lead with a first-half goal from Devin Ferriera. Brad Doherty also tallied for Mt. Blue, while Nick Beal scored for Hampden with 28 minutes remaining.

Morse 2, Oxford Hills 1

SOUTH PARIS – Nathan Cloutier scored with 32 minutes remaning in the first half to lift Morse to a 2-1 victory over Oxford Hills.

Dylan Moreau also tallied for the Shipbuilders. Kevin Hutchinson made six saves. Obed Siawar scored for the Vikings (0-8-2), while Joe Rood turned aside 13 shots.

Leavitt 7, Gardiner 0

TURNER – Matt Paladino and Nathaniel Jacobs netted two goals each to lead Leavitt to a 7-0 rout over Gardiner.

Paladino scored both of his goals on corner kicks, going 2-for-3 on the day. Kenny Maher, Ben Parkin and Tyler Kenney also tallied for the Hornets (4-5-1). Kevin Mulherin needed to make four saves to earn the shutout.

Ben Kimball turned away 16 shots for the Tigers (0-9-1).

Cony 3, Lewiston 1

AUGUSTA – Brian Lui scored two goals to lead Cony to a 3-1 victory over Lewiston.

Husayne Carnegie tallied the lone goal for the Blue Devils (4-5-1). Lui’s second goal was temporarily pinned up against the crossbar and the goaltender until a bit of josseling knocked it loose and into the cage for the game-winner.

Keenan White made nine saves for Lewiston, while Dan Tyler turned away eight for Cony.

G-NG 4, Fryeburg 0

GRAY – Kyle Orlando scored the first goal of the contest at the 5:20 mark of the first half to send Gray-New Gloucester to a 4-0 triumph over Fryeburg.

The Patriots (3-6) led 1-0 at the half.

Kendhall Davis, who assisted on Orlando’s first half goal, provided a tally in the second half along with Andrew Eldridge and Hans Nielson.
