Just knowing that Colorado in November 2005 decided to suspend their Taxpayer Bill of Rights for five years is enough to make me reject TABOR for Maine.

We need to send the message of tax reform, not revenue limitation.

We should not follow a failed plan to send a message, but rather work together to lower taxes through making them fair for Mainers.
