Church club

AUBURN – Marston’s Corner Baptist, 752 Beech Hill Road, is starting a new club called Jericho Place. Using Good News Club material, the program will feature songs, games, Bible lessons, snacks and missions emphasis. Jericho Place is for kids ages 5 to 12. It will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. beginning Wednesday, Oct. 4. Contact Marti Chabot, director, at 784-3003 for details. Parents and little ones are welcome to stay and watch.

Seniors fair

LEWISTON – Meadowview Seniors will hold the annual fair from 8 to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6, and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 7, in the recreation hall at Meadowview. The public is welcome. Meadowview will hold a special trip for Christmas in the White Mountains at Indian Head Resort on Friday, Nov. 17. Cost is $50. For more information, call Bert Dutil at 786-2305.

Fall festival

LEWISTON – Montello Heights at 550 College St. will have its fourth annual Fall Festival and Craft Fair from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7. There will be 20 crafters from the community as well as a baked goods tables, plants, books and Grandma’s Attic. There will be a 50/50 and approximately 25 raffle items.

Weight loss

LEWISTON – Six people will share their personal weight loss stories at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, in the Club 50 room next to Campus Cuisine at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. The free presentation is sponsored by Club 50 and HealthSteps. Call 753-5467 by Monday, Oct. 9, to reserve a seat.
