NAPLES – The Southern Maine Rebels, who compete in the Independent Women’s Tackle Football League, is sponsoring the first annual Volleyball Scramble. It will take place at Lake Region High School on November 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Under the scramble format, players enter as individuals and not teams. Entry fee is $25. There will be prizes for the top male and female players. The school has new professional grade nets and a re-surfaced floor. To reserve a spot in the scramble, email Gloria Verrrill at bike_4_fun@yahoo.com.
