LEWISTON – The city is seeking a 30- to 40-foot spruce tree for the Dec. 7 Downtown Holiday Celebration. Should anyone have such a tree, located in Lewiston, that they wish to donate, he or she may contact City Arborist Steve Murch at 784-5753, extension 214. Upon being contacted, Murch will do a tree site visit.

To be considered for event use, the tree needs to be one that provides easy access for removal shortly after Thanksgiving.
