I will vote no on the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. Why? Because the formula used to cap school budgets does not have a base in the real world. Last year, when oil prices rose dramatically, cities and towns would not have been able to pay for the heating oil needed to keep our children warm.

Low taxes … at what expense? I will vote to keep local control.

No on TABOR.
