RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Barbara L. Milligan was celebrated Monday, Oct. 9, at St. Athanasius-St. John Catholic Church. The Rev. Alfred Jacques was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Special music selections were “Danny Boy” and “Ave Maria.” Readings were done by granddaughters Katie Warren and Bess Milligan. The eulogy was given by Martin and Barbara Milligan. Pallbearers were Joseph Warren, Christopher and Nicholas Colongeli, Sean and Ryan Milligan and Jack Patterson. Interment was in St. John Cemetery. A reception followed in the parish hall. Services were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home.
