HOUSTON, Texas – George J. Panos, 68, of Nashua, N.H., died Wednesday, Oct. 11, in Houston, Texas.
He was born in Lewiston, on June 1, 1938, a son of the late John G. and Edna M. (Daigle) Panos. He was a resident of Nashua for the past 26 years, formerly living in Framingham, Mass. and Derry, N.H. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a self-employeed software engineer. He enjoyed playing the stock market and was a follower of Ayn Rand. He was an avid reader, and especially enjoyed technical journals.
He is survived by four brothers, Andrew Panos of Derry, Paul Panos of Windsor, Conn., Leon Panos of Ione, Calif. and Philip Panos of Houston, Texas; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
