DIXFIELD – The descendants of William and Pearl Wallingford Jordan met on Sept. 30 at the home of Hector Girardin, 1390 Main St.

William and Pearl had 12 children and there are three girls still living: Joyce Dalton, Phyllis Briggs and Shirley York.

There were 26 members present and a potluck lunch was served.

No definite plans were made for the next year, but it was decided Girardin would be the host.

He is the first born of the Jordan grandchildren.

Members came from Manchester, N.H., Westbrook, Canton, Jay, Livermore, Farmington, Minot, Auburn and Wilton.
