AUBURN – The wedding of Breanna Marie Chabot and Daniel Philip Allard was held at 4 p.m. on July 1 at the High Street Congregational Church in Auburn. Pastor Mark O. Coleman from the Baptist Church in Beverly Farms, Mass., officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Allard is the daughter of Roger E. and Marti A. Chabot of Auburn. Mr. Allard is the son of E. Larry and Pam S. Smith of Buxton.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white strapless satin gown with shear overlay with pale pink flower embroidery and silver and crystal beads around the top, train and left hand side. A crystal tiara supported her matching elbow-length veil and she carried a silk bouquet of pink and white lilies with small cascading silk white flowers and greenery accents.

A sister of the bride, Rhaina E.S. Chabot, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Renee Gagnon, cousin of the bride, and Rachel Nimon, Katie Grogan and Becki Wing, college friends of the bride. Taylor Bradford, friend of the bride, was flower girl, and Kiera Smith, niece of the bridegroom, carried the Holy Bible.

Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Nicholas L. Smith, and ushers were Todd Giampietro, cousin of the bridegroom, Bobby Metayer, best friend of the bridegroom, Tim MacLeod, college friend of the bridegroom, and Mark Mongeau, friend of the bridegroom. Riley Bradford, friend of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn Riverwatch, after which the couple traveled to Cancun in Mexico for a week. They are residing in Auburn.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2005 graduate of Gordon College in Wenham, Mass., with a bachelor’s degree in English. She received a teaching certificate in 2006 from the USM Extended Teacher Education Program. She is teaching high school and junior high school English and Spanish at Central Maine Christian Academy in Lewiston. She is also employed at Key Bank in Lewiston/Auburn, and coaches freshman field hockey at Lewiston High School.

The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Bonny Eagle High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta, with an associate degree in photography. He is employed at UNUM Provident in Portland and owns a business, Dan Allard Photography in Auburn.
