FARMINGTON – Agnes M. Makinen, 86, of Farmington, died Sunday, Oct. 15, at Edgewood Manor Living Center.

She was born Nov. 5, 1919, in Farmington, a daughter of William and Fabiola (Brunelle) Metcalf.

Survivors include three children, Peter Hall of Portland, Sandra Richardson and her husband, James, of Hollis Center, and Sally Meader and her companion, Stan Frautten, of Waterville; stepchildren, Larry Makinen and his wife, Sarah, of Farmington, and Priscilla Smith of Virginia; Elaine Wells of Fairbanks; and several grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Burton Makinen; daughter, Maryann Harlow; and grandson, Jason Meader.
