HYDE PARK, Mass. – Joseph Mathieu, 59, formerly of Lewiston, died Oct. 6 at Park Place Rehabilitation Center.

Joseph attended Lewiston schools and was a cook and artist and wrote for Fenway News for many years. He also served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by seven brothers and one sister.
