Don’t you just love an election year? Lies flying around so thick you’d swear a nor’easter was brewing. The famous battle cry of many politicians is ringing out from all sectors: Cuts, cuts, cuts.

Voters have a chance to finally end the lies, and do something to stop the ridiculously high taxes the powers that be heap on the hard-working citizens of this state, with no regard for the hardships they impose on us who have worked so hard to try and keep what we have earned.

The Taxpayer Bill of Rights must pass with a resounding yes. People should not let scare tactics sway their vote.

The only thing that will be cut are our taxes. Voters let that battle cry of “cuts” scare them out of the tax cap. That can’t happen again. TABOR is badly needed in this state.

Voters should do something for themselves, not the politicians.
