I am writing in response to the article about letters being sent to Danielle Ramon.

I just cannot believe that someone would be so low as to take the time to harrass a teenage girl. It is people like that who make young girls, victimized by sexual abuse, afraid to speak up.

I stand behind Danielle and her family 100 percent. It took an enormous amount of courage for her to stand up against the mayor of Lewiston. I see Danielle as a strong-willed, brave and mature young lady.

Whoever is writing those letters should be ashamed of what he or she is doing. What’s done is done. Leave the Ramon family alone.
