AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will present “The Leadership Plan” (CCS 087-01) from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesdays, Oct. 25 and Nov. 1.

The workshop will be facilitated by author and nationally know speaker Michelle Neujahr. In the seminar for managers and supervisors, participants will learn to overcome leadership obstacles, uncover hidden talents and create a plan to ignite or re-ignite the leader within them. Participants will be challenged to refocus their leadership vision.

With more than a decade of experience as a national speaker, Neujahr has given more than 1,000 presentations to audiences of men and women across the country. She is an expert in organizational excellence development. Her programs are designed to motivate individuals to take immediate action, maximize their potential, increase productivity and make a positive difference in their organization.
