I hope the citizens of Lewiston will remember that Peggy Rotundo has been a strong supporter of education and cultural endeavors. Her support of the Lewiston Public Library and Museum L-A demonstrates this commitment.

She also was instrumental in making sure that two New Century programs were approved. These programs offer important support for community libraries and cultural institutions throughout the state. Libraries and museums provide free access for anyone who wants information on any topic.

Rotundo also has been one of the champions in the legislature to ensure public access to government information.
