RUMFORD – Funeral services for Joyce E. Hartman of Rumford were conducted at noon on Thursday at the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin Street, Rumford.

The Rev. Franklin Haines officiated. Music selections were “The Rose” by Bette Midler and “When I Get Where I’m Going” by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton.

Interment was at the Demerritt Cemetery in West Peru. Committal services were conducted by Rev. Franklin Haines. Pallbearers were Brian Harvey, Jim Whittemore, James Whittemore, Stewart Smith, Arthur Meader and Bernard Poirier.

A reception followed at the home of Holly and James Whittemore in Rumford.
