LEWISTON – A Mass of Christian burial was held Friday morning for Marie P. Caron at Holy Cross Church following prayers at the Pinette Funeral Chapel.
The Reverend Daniel Greenleaf celebrated the Mass, and committal prayers will be held privately. At the beginning of Mass, the pall was placed on her casket by Bob and Richard Caron, and Linda Harps also placed a crucifix on the pall. During Mass, the first and second readings were by Veronica and Marie Caron. Roger Caron read the Intercessions, and the Offertory was brought to the altar by Carlene and Gerry Brousseau.
At the conclusion of Mass, words of remembrance were expressed by Carmen Caron. The honorary bearers were Morgan and Nick Caron. The pallbearers were Mark and Craig Davin, Bob, Rick, Gary, and Ron Caron. Following services a reception of fellowship was held at Marco’s Restaurant in Lewiston. The arrangements were by Pinette Funeral Chapel, Lewiston.
