TURNER – The public is invited to attend a presentation of the Taxpayer Bill of Rights at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24, at the Leavitt Area High School.

Participants will be Bill Becker, executive director of the Maine Heritage Policy Center, and Geoff Herman of the Maine Municipal Association. Voters will be invited to ask questions from the floor during the event.
