I am pleased to see Ellen Peters is seeking the councilor-at-large position in Auburn. She has qualities that will serve her in good stead if elected.

In my experience working with her, I have found Peters to be dependable and reliable. She does what she says she will do. She has an open mind and is willing to listen to others. She knows how to be a part of a team for the good of the cause, and will pitch in and help, even if it is “not her job.”

She has a positive approach when tackling problems, and works well with others.

I believe that Ellen Peters will be an asset to the council and the city of Auburn.
