I support state Sen. Lois Snowe-Mello for re-election. She is passionate about the work she does, sincere in her efforts to help people, and as hard a worker as any legislator. She also has a great deal of experience in state government. About 10 years, in fact.

Her knowledge of dealings in Augusta means she can be more effective than other senators with less know-how. Her views about what Maine needs to do make sense. High taxes hurt people such as myself who live on a fixed budget. Tax reduction should be a priority here.
