MILTON, N.H. (AP) – Two former Milton residents are charged with starving a child during the summer.

Police say Karl Stolle, 23, and Carrie Collins, 20, both of Lebanon, Maine, were arrested Friday after a three-month investigation.

While releasing few details, police say the two are charged with starting a child under 2 years old until it was “gravely malnourished.”
