Here we go again. A red herring just before Election Day. By the stink, it may be the same one from two years ago. What’s the saying? “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.”

I believe voters should get out and vote yes for the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. Our legislators have shown they can’t work for reforms without some incentive.

Voters should give them that incentive with a resounding vote for TABOR.
