AUBURN – Funeral services were held Thursday for Richard “Dick” S. Alimandi at the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham & Son. Chaplain Kathleen O’Wril officiated. Songs played in remembrance of Dick included “The Old Rugged Cross,” “When I get Where I am Going” by Brad Paisley and “Go Rest High on that Mountain” by Vince Gill. His granddaughter Courtney read a letter she had written him. And his daughter Gwen Golden shared a poem. Words of remembrance were shared by many in attendance. Committal services were held at Gracelawn Memorial Park. A reception was held after the service at the Ground Round. Arrangements by the family-owned Dillingham & Son Memorial Chapel and Tribute Center.
