“Might I suggest when the election is over, we put the tank right smack dab in the governor’s office so that he/she can be constantly reminded about the condition of the Androscoggin. I am sure he/she can feed it and I am willing to bet someone can change the water once every two weeks…heck, I’ll change the water with actual Andro water. If you can’t get the gov to the Andro..bring the Andro to the gov!!!!”

To highlight water-quality issues with the Androscoggin River, the Sun Journal plunked five goldfish in a tank of water from the Andy and named them after the candidates for governor – the people with the power to make change.
