LEWISTON – “And the Stockings Were Hung by the Chimney with Care…” is the theme of this year’s St. Patrick’s Church Christmas Fair to be held Friday and Saturday, Nov. 3 and 4, in the Parish Hall, corner of Blake and Walnut streets.
Fair proceeds help defray the cost of school tuition subsidies for students from St. Patrick’s Parish who attend local Catholic schools.
The fair will feature knit wear, jewelry, books, crafts, baked goods, white elephant and garage sale items and raffles, including a $200 pearl necklace donated by G.M. Pollack and tickets for a Patriots football game.
Parishioners and friends have cooked, crafted and donated hundreds of items and hours.
Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Raffle drawings will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday.
