I’m writing to support Larry Lachance, who is running for House District 73.

Lachance is a three-year member of the Lewiston School Committee. He was asked for help and support to have the LHS Lady Blue Devils Ice Hockey Team officially picked up by the school. Once all information given was reviewed, he asked the school committee pick up our team. He promoted this as another way for the young ladies to be part of the LHS athletic family.

When Lachance was called at home, he listened to my concerns and hopes for this young team. Hockey is no longer the sport of just their brothers and fathers; our daughters now can proudly represent the school and its colors.

This shows how committed he is to the youth of Lewiston. He cares about what is going on in the city.

I strongly endorse Larry Lachance on Nov. 7.
