Halloween is tonight and that means Trick or Treat for the neighborhood children who are transformed into goblins, ghosts and monsters when they don their colorful costumes. It is a fun time for the very young and the young at heart.
Young children should be accompanied by parents or an adult, to provide an extra margin of safety in the hours of darkness. Only homes which have a porch or other outside light turned on should be visited.
