Benefit lunch
NEW SHARON – The Square and Compass Club of Franklin Lodge 123 and Star Club of Messalunskit Chapter 170, Order of the Eastern Star, will have a benefit lunch for Janet and Alfred Griswold at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, at the United Methodist Church annex.
Jan has been undergoing chemo treatment for lung cancer. The Griswolds are the former owners of the New Sharon Motel.
Revival services
LIVERMORE FALLS – The Livermore Falls Church of the Nazarene, 6 Wheeler St., has invited the public to attend revival services with the Rev. Philip and Becky McGlauflin of CrossWalk Ministries.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, and 6:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 6 and 7.
