HENNIKER, N.H. (AP) – Two New England College students have been charged with raping another student in her dorm.

Police say 20-year-old Changhwan Kim of South Korea and 19-year-old Eero Kelo of Mexico were arrested last week. They have been suspended by the college.

Police Chief Timothy Russell says the female student said she was raped during the weekend of Oct. 22 while she was helpless to resist because she had been drinking. He said the young men also had been drinking.
