RANGELEY – The wedding of Kimberly J. Bowman and Stephen C. Grant was held on June 24 at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Rangeley, with the Rev. Kyle Grenner officiating.

Mrs. Grant is the granddaughter of David and Marie Archer and daughter of Terri Archer of Chesterville. Mr. Grant is the son of Stephen H. and Valerie Grant of Rangeley.

The bride, given in marriage by David Archer, wore an ivory two-tone strapless gown embellished with sequins and pearls and she carried a bouquet of white daisies, her favorite flower, and Calla lilies.

Kristen Bowman, sister of the bride, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Kelly Grant, sister of the bridegroom, and Emily Archer, cousin of the bride.

Jeremy Schmidt was the best man, and Byron and Arron Beauregard were ushers. All are former classmates of Mr. Grant.

The reception immediately followed at the Saddleback Base Lodge in Rangeley. The couple took a short honeymoon, traveling through New Hampshire and Maine, and they now reside in Rangeley.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Mt. Blue High School in Farmington and a 2004 graduate of Southern Maine Community College with a degree in culinary arts. She is currently employed at the Rangeley Regional Health Center in Rangeley.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Rangeley Regional High School and a 2004 graduate of Southern Maine Community College with a degree in culinary arts. He is a chef for the Red Onion Restaurant and Parkside and Main, both in Rangeley.
