As a retired real estate appraiser, I see a unique investment opportunity for families with young children: Search and purchase large tracts of lands, about 1,000 to 2,000 feet from any ocean frontage (distance from shore dependant upon elevation).

This is based upon our president and industrialists refusing to reduce U.S. fossil fuel emmissions to combat global warming.

In 50 years, or perhaps less, the children of those who invested may own prime, vacant, ocean frontage.
