Clean Election candidate?:
1. I hope to represent the Oxford Hills by using my expertise to bring new energy and ideas with a people first approach to the State House. Not being a career politician or bureaucrat, I have a unique perspective on local needs and issues that concern working people.
2. Good paying jobs, affordable health care and support for local infrastructure, including roads, education and protection of our outdoor and historical heritage.
3. TABOR isn’t a solution and will cause cuts in important local services like school sports and road maintenance while freezing the current dysfunctional tax system in place. I want to cut the taxes that unfairly penalize middle class families, small businesses and retirees.
4. I am opposed to discrimination and support choice. These are important issues in any election for voters to consider when evaluating their electoral options. My focus will be on jobs, health care and improving the local economy!
5. Why can’t everyone have the same high quality health care coverage that members of the State Legislature get? Maine’s Dirigo Health initiative is a step in the right direction. Efforts to increase enrollment and address the unreasonably high cost of health care need everyone’s support.
