LEWISTON – The Senior College “Food for Thought” luncheon program at USM/Lewiston-Auburn on Friday, Nov. 10, will host a return visit from Alan Elze, who is providing a course in the Senior College fall semester.

Elze will focus his presentation on the island of Sicily, its history and culture. He is a Museum L-A docent and artifact cataloguer of the Bates Mill, and during his career with the U.S. Navy traveled extensively.

The program will be held in function room 170 at USM/L-A beginning at noon. The cost, which includes lunch, is $6 with advance reservation or $8 at the door opening at 11:30 a.m. Reservations should be made by noon Thursday, Nov. 9, by phone at 753-6510, or online at usm.maine.edu/lac.
