Lewiston – Baby Haley Elizabeth Johnson, 3 months, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, at her home at 322 Bates St.

She was born in Lewiston Aug. 15, the daughter to Justin and Rebecca Casey Johnson. She will be sadly missed, but always remembered.

She is survived by her parents of Lewiston; one sister, Lestina Rachel Johnson of Lewiston; maternal grandparents, James and Carol Casey of Sabattus; paternal grandparents, Steve and Sharon Johnson of Tennessee and Kathryn Crane of Lewiston; her maternal great-grandparents, Howard and Lee Cushman of Pownal; her paternal great-grandmother, Eleanor Johnson of Auburn; paternal great-grandmother, Ernestine Crane of Turner; uncles, Samuel Johnson of Nevada and James Casey of Sabattus; one aunt, Jessica Castigleone.

She was predeceased by her maternal great-grandmother, Lestina Cushman; and two paternal great-grandfathers, James Crane and Leonard Johnson.
