After Tuesday’s elections, Jan Kubiac of Albany Township and Mike Broderick of Bethel were dealing with political dross at the Norway Democratic headquarters. The office is the depot for the campaign signs, which by law have to be removed soon after the election. Those that can be used again – for instance, for those politicians with potentially long futures – are kept in volunteers’ barns and garages. Others that can’t be turned into new signs for other political seasons are sent to the transfer station.
